Privacy is the asset here as there is very little traffic and no crowds so you will love the solitude and yet you can be at a gulf beach in 5 minutes. You will feel like you have stepped into an underwater paradise when you enter the house. You will be amazed at the colorful and stunning mural of sea life painted throughout the kitchen and dining area. There is nothing else like it in Orange Beach! A large living area greets you with lots of room to watch TV or just relax as you gaze out the floor to ceiling windows on the bay side. A split floor plan ensures the master suite is separated from the other two bedrooms and bathroom. The Orange Beach Recreation Center is a short drive away for enjoying the heated swimming pool and other amenities. A day pass is only $10. You can easily walk to the waterfront Orange Beach Park where there is a brand new covered dock great for fishing from the bay. All utilities, linens, utensils and furnishings are provided. Pets are negotiable. There are two king size beds and one queen size bed, all with new memory foam mattresses. An under-counter ice machine ensures plenty of ice is available. Laundry room with washer and dryer is just off the kitchen.
